Open Finance/LDCC: OpenFinance announced that non-accredited investors are now authorized to trade Lottery.com (LDCC) via their trading platform. Similarly to how tZERO utilized Rule 144 from the SEC for their TZROP token, OFN has done the same with LDCC. Overstock: After a long delay, Overstock shareholders finally voted and approved the issuance of the Preferred Stock Dividend. It will be exclusively traded on the tZERO ATS.
